Dina Sallam is responsible for 360 CEM in Orange EG, one of the leading Cem systems within Orange group, together with Tarek Khalafalla. Dina holds 10 years of experience in CEM development and deployment.
Guy is Managing Director of Redmill Marketing Associates, a specialised strategic marketing consultancy, based in the UK. RMA was created in 2007 to provide expert marketing and analysis services for emerging technology, software, IT, and telecommunications companies. The RMA team includes expert consultants, analysts, marketers and designers. Imene Ben Amor is Customer Experience and roaming manager in Ooredoo Tunisia. She has spent 14 years career in the telecom industry, mainly in Core Network technologies: deploying and integrating new solutions and technologies. With a strong technology background, Imene has succeeded with new and challenging projects, launching go-to-markets technologies (3G then 4G enabling) as Packet Core Manager and in creasing value for Ooredoo Tunisia by carrying out the integration of customer experience management tool.
Dr Salmenkaita is Director of AI and Machine learning in Elisa International Digital Services. His team develops intelligent automation solutions that power Elisa Automate, Elisa Smart Factory, and new business development initiatives. Before joining Elisa in 2015, Jukka-Pekka has founded two start-up companies, and held a variety of product management and venturing roles during a decade in Nokia, including Head of Connected Home, Nokia Multimedia. He has master’s degree in InformationTechnology and doctorate in Systems Analysis, both from Helsinki University of Technology. His academic interests include analysis of innovation policy instruments, and he has more than 10 granted patents. On holidays, he enjoys underwater photography with his family.

Kirsi Valtari is EVP of the Elisa Automate business and CMO at Polystar. She has spent the majority of her career in the telecom industry, developing software-based businesses, telecom operations, and technologies. With a strong technology and operations background, Kirsi has succeeded with new businesses, launching go-to-markets and increasing value for Elisa’s customers. Today, Kirsi’s team is combining AI, network engineering and software to implement world-class telco software for mobile operators.
I’ve been working in the telecom industry for 10 years and are now working as a System Engineer with responsibility for several Core network functions within Tele2. I’m also system owner of KALIX and have the main responsibility for the system internally and externally.

Mikael Grill founded Polystar with the vision of making it the global telecommunications service assurance and test company it is today. Prior to founding Polystar, Mikael gained extensive experience through the management of other technology companies.
Mikko Puuskari is Director, Business Management at Elisa Automate. Mikko is heading Elisa Automate customer delivery and support unit. He is very much involved in business management, business development and new product incubation. Mikko has been with Elisa Automate since the beginning and, prior to joining Elisa, Mikko was with Nokia serving in various different leadership roles. Mikko combines business mindset and customer focus with broad technology and software development understanding.
Peter Makki is Head of Product at Elisa Corporation, pioneering software solutions that make operators more investment and cost efficient whilst delivering excellent customer experience. He has spent most of his career focusing on software-based businesses, delivering digital solutions and driving digitalization in several industries, with 15+ years in the telecommunications industry in Nokia and in Elisa. With a strong technology background and the insight from Elisa’s efficient operation, Peter is today combining AI, network engineering and software to make the network efficient to operate in the 5G era.

Thomas Nilsson has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. During his 11 years with Polystar, he has held a number of management positions within the company, including Head of Product Management. As the Chief Technology Officer, Thomas is responsible for Polystar’s roadmap and the overall product strategy.
Toivo Vaje is Head of Product for Profo solution in Elisa Automate. With more than ten years of experience in software development in various roles from software developer to release manager Toivo has gained a comprehensive understanding of how to create great products. Toivo has led several agile transformations and has been a regular speaker in industry events. Today Toivo heads the development of our new cloud native Transport network automation solution.
