Maria was appointed as CEO in September 2020. She previously served as CFO from December 2015 (and acting CFO from June 2015). She has also held a number of senior positions at MTG och Bet24. Maria är medlem i styrelsen för Kinnevik och Vinted.

Nick joined MTG in May 2025. He previously served as Managing Director at Bank of America and spent 13 years working in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Nick has extensive experience in the gaming sector and a strong background in corporate strategy, M&A, and management.

Arnd joined MTG in November 2014 and leads MTG’s strategic investments. He previously served as Chief Digital Officer at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG and as Managing Director of SevenVentures. Arnd has extensive experience in gaming and entrepreneurship.
